Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, focusing on students' specific needs.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
