Educational Assistant for Students with Autism

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled SEN Support Assistant to join our team at NextGen Teachers. The successful candidate will have experience supporting students with Autism and a strong understanding of special educational needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of supporting students with Autism in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- Full-time availability
About the Role:
This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Autism. As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to students, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans.
