We are seeking a Complaints Resolution Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complaints and resolving disputes within our network, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hull, with an estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

About the Role:
As a Complaints Resolution Manager, you will work closely with our repair network to manage and resolve complaints, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome. Your duties will include:
- Managing daily tasks driven by our system and other ad-hoc tasks assigned within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborating with our Regional Network Controller to resolve delays and issues, improving customer satisfaction.
- Building and nurturing relationships within the repair network to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Acting as a point of contact for repair network members, clients, customers, and team members, providing progress updates as needed.

What We Offer:
