The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complaints and resolving disputes within our network, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hull, with an estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

About the Role:
As a Complaints Resolution Manager, you will work closely with our repair network to manage and resolve complaints, ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome. Your duties will include:
- Managing daily tasks driven by our system and other ad-hoc tasks assigned within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborating with our Regional Network Controller to resolve delays and issues, improving customer satisfaction.
- Building and nurturing relationships within the repair network to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Acting as a point of contact for repair network members, clients, customers, and team members, providing progress updates as needed.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
