Facilities Management Leader

- Portfolio management of FM contracts.
- Service delivery oversight and contract compliance.
- Client relationship management and communication.
- Contract cost control and financial performance monitoring.
- Quality assurance implementation and enforcement.
- Risk identification and issue resolution.
- Team lead and management of FM professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in Facilities Management or a related field.
- Experience in managing FM contracts.
- Understanding of PFI contracts.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
