As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative, financial, and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the office manager in managing administrative tasks, including email and letter correspondence.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping, adhering to absence management and reporting procedures.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and working with the wider team.
- Provide front-of-house support, including answering phone calls and monitoring daily attendance.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including arranging appointments, reporting accidents, and arranging transportation.
- A valid DBS check, completed within the last 3 months.
- A minimum Level 4 (A-C) qualification in English and Mathematics.
- Strong ICT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Similar experience working within a school or administrative setting, with a broad understanding of administrative processes, including report and letter writing, and customer service front-facing experience.
- Knowledge of Data Protection Act/GDPR and safeguarding is desirable.
