DescriptionAre you ready to enter the world of innovative FinTech SaaS? Aibidia, a trailblazing scale-up revolutionising the traditional world of tax with technology, is looking for passionate and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic Growth team in the UK. As an SDR at Aibidia, you are the linchpin in our Growth team, identifying and engaging high quality prospects across Europe.Your mission: To connect with key decision makers, from CFOs to Heads of Tax, at some of the world's largest companies. You'll research companies, contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and persuade them to participate in an Initial Qualifying Meeting with our Account Executive team.

This role is based in our London office.Use company-provided and approved tools such as (but not limited to) LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Engage, Salesforce, Leadfeeder etc. to contact KBPs within Aibidia's target markets and ICPs to schedule platform demonstrations of sufficient quality to become qualified opportunities.Meet the agreed KPIs for weekly activities and quarterly number of sales-qualified opportunities.Strong history of quota attainment, with special focus on productivity metrics (number of phone calls, emails per week etc.)Additional languages (ideally German and/or French)Some experience in tax, transfer pricing or consulting at a Big 4 companyExperience with "creative" cold outreach (e.g. video messages) A fair share of Aibidia's success, benefiting from a competitive compensation and incentive packageFlexible working hours with a hybrid working policyGenuine drive towards physical and mental wellbeing, with initiatives by an internal organisational health and wellbeing committeeRegular team social events including Aibidia's summer and winter partiesA boost for your professional development - performance-based growth is part of the company culture and there is a designated learning budget for every employeeA non-hierarchical atmosphere and stellar culture at the office
