French-speaking Bid Development Specialist

Are you passionate about addressing the challenges our society is facing around climate change, energy, and innovative solutions? We are looking for a French-speaking candidate with 1-3 years of bidding experience to join our Proposals and Business Development team.

As a French-speaking individual in the role of Assistant Bid Manager, you will support the development of winning bids and work on exciting national and international projects across various sectors.
You will have the opportunity to work on global projects in regions such as Africa, the Maghreb, the Caribbean, and France. Your clients will be native French speakers, so effective communication is mandatory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the bid development process within our Water & Maritime, Mobility & Infrastructure, and offshore wind market sectors.
- Coordinating and leading tender kick-off meetings and developing bid management plans.
- Assembling teams of specialist internal staff and external sub-consultants, building a strong working rapport.
- Producing high-quality written content in both English and French to support our clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
- Liaising with RHDHV's Social Value Director to assist with Social Value delivery across our project portfolio.
We are looking for a candidate with fluency in French and excellent English communication skills. Ideally, you have experience in a similar bidding or sales role, a qualification in graphic design or marketing, and a proven ability for creative writing. Experience in the Renewable Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing, Maritime, Water, or civil engineering/infrastructure sectors is desirable but not essential.
