HR Business Partner Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers, enhancing their leadership capabilities and ensuring effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and business leaders on complex ER cases, including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence.
  • Drive talent management programs focused on enhancing management capabilities, increasing talent density, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Develop an understanding of the business culture and act as a role model for the company's values.
  • Manage a range of HR activities, contributing to the effectiveness of the team.

Requirements:

  • Thorough experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within Financial Services, Insurance, or Professional Services.
  • Ability to act as a partner to all members of the business, advising on issues and coaching employees throughout the business.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships across various business units, motivating managers, and enhancing culture amongst employees.
  • Be a creative and passionate individual, with the confidence to demonstrate new ideas and work towards improving the efficiency of the business.
