As part of this dynamic team, the Product Specialist Manager will be responsible for leading a group of experts who provide value-added services to clients, maximizing their utilization of the platform, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role & Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team of pre-sales product specialists, focusing on trial conversions and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive successful customer outcomes, expand revenue, and improve renewal rates.
  • Pivot pilot programs to optimize results and uncover key support opportunities for the revenue organization.
  • Coach and mentor team members on development, call coaching, best practices, and accountability.
  • Provide transparent performance tracking and reporting to the leadership team.
  • Recruit top talent and maintain high standards of excellence within the team.
  • Build impactful relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and drive successful growth outcomes.
About You

We're looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales or client success, with at least 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn, with a focus on distilling complex issues into simple terms.
  • Experience operationalizing the customer journey and creating effective processes.
  • An intelligent, articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing professional.
