Carbon60 is seeking a Head of Growth and Acquisition Strategy to drive business growth and profitability through innovative strategies and effective leadership. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, leading a team of professionals, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to drive incremental, profitable revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of Estimators, Bid Writers, and Business Development Managers to deliver high-quality bids and proposals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, influencers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Oversight of timely and compliant bids for larger projects (>£1m revenue).

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in strategic planning, leadership, and business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Power Industry, Electrical Contracting, or related sectors.
  • A deep understanding of high-voltage systems, substations, and distribution systems, with knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Mobility and willingness to travel several days a week to meet customers across the UK.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
