Business Development Manager

NMS Recruit is a fast-growing start-up finance brokerage based in Corby, specialising in business loans and asset finance. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the company's growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 + Commission, as well as regular pay reviews and progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
