Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Coordinator to join our team at M & G Countryside Developments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our countryside and land management projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in forestry or countryside management, with a strong background in land development and project coordination. They will also possess further vocational and technical training around vegetation management, tractors, and machines, along with certifications for ground chainsaw operation and emergency first aid at work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the implementation of countryside and land management projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000-£42,000 per annum + benefits, depending on experience. The position requires starting as soon as possible, and we are looking for the right candidate who can contribute to our company's growth and success.

Working Hours

The working day starts and finishes at the yard near Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire, generally Monday-Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm. Weekend work may be required occasionally, especially during summer months, with overtime pay and/or time off in lieu.
