We are seeking an experienced Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor to join our team in Kent, where you will play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding team, which has grown to over 180 people across seven offices in the UK. You will work on various infrastructure projects, including minerals and waste management, geospatial/GIS, and property/asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of infrastructure projects, focusing on land assembly negotiations and compulsory purchase orders.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, business cases, and feasibility studies.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and develop strategies for growth and expansion.
  • Develop skills in land valuations, surveying, and estate agency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of land law, planning policy, and environmental issues.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in GIS and data analysis tools, such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A full driving license, with regular travel required throughout the UK.

Educational Requirements

You should hold a degree in a relevant field, such as Surveying, Real Estate, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification or experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
