Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in Salesforce, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for connecting the sales team, other departments, and clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Proposal and Presentation Support: Assist in preparing high-quality proposals, presentations, and product demos that showcase our solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and customer experiences, implementing changes that drive business success.
  • Lead Management: Be the first point of contact for inbound sales leads, providing exceptional service and setting the tone for a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sales Admin Experience: Possess sales admin or support experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
