Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our team at Xero. As a key player in our sales function, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Sales Director and Leadership team, ensuring the smooth management of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal queries and ensure the UK Sales team runs smoothly through proactive management and distribution of incoming queries.
  • Provide support to the sales leadership team, including coordinating meetings, documenting action items, and monitoring progress using Asana or other internal tracking tools.
  • Ensure the UK Sales Leadership team is prepared for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare supporting documents for internal and external meetings, including Google slides, sheets, and docs.
  • Develop and manage regular project plan progress reports using Asana/Slack and other internal tools.
  • Support the UK Sales Leadership team with purchase orders, contracts, and receipt and payment processes.
  • Take ownership of sales kick-off meetings, including coordinating and managing the programme and schedule.
  • Coordinate sales merchandise store requests and attend sales team offsites within the UK.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships within the Sales Team and wider organisation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in support services in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and deal with competing priorities.
  • Experience organising and managing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
