Sales and Operations Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in the Milton Keynes office, serving as the link between the sales team and suppliers. This position is responsible for coordinating all equipment from point of order through to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any obstacles.
Main Responsibilities:- Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Quotation and Order Management: Collaborate with the inside sales team to generate quotes and orders, ensuring all parties are informed of progress.
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide assistance to the inside sales manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team.
- Liaison and Communication: Facilitate communication between suppliers, service teams, workshop, and customer centre teams to ensure machines are allocated, tracked, and planned according to customer expectations.
- Trade Show Coordination: Allocate and coordinate machines for trade shows, ensuring a successful and efficient experience.
- Expectation Management: Manage external sales team expectations, ensuring consistent information sharing and effective communication.
- Progress Reporting: Provide weekly reports on machines and related equipment on order from each supplier, tracking progress through to delivery.
- Machine Ordering Support: Assist the inside sales manager in gathering details and information to support the machine ordering process, including general machine records database, paper, and electronic records.
Requirements:
- Experience in an internal sales role.
- Experience in sales or working with sales people/teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for finding solutions.
- Commercial aptitude and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
