About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at Destination Inns, an important part of the McMullen Family. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating a relaxed country dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Serve drinks and food in a warm and friendly manner, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas, ensuring they're ready for service or the next trading session.
  • Maintain the standards of the business, keeping all areas clean and tidy.
