The starting pay for our Team Supervisor role is £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.01 for locations within the M25, excluding London Boroughs, and £14.21 for stores in Inner London – London Boroughs. Additionally, for hours worked between midnight and 6am, a night premium of £2.30 per hour will be applied. Other payments may also be available based on location and skills.
We are committed to providing new team members with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; however, if you prefer fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we welcome your application.
The following table outlines the times during the week when we expect you to be available for work – the availability windows. Your scheduled hours will be arranged within these times, and you will receive a 3-week notice regarding your exact shifts. We are open to accommodating flexibility for our team members, so if your availability closely aligns with our requirements, we encourage you to reach out.

As a Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Engaging in a dynamic retail environment with diverse tasksOverseeing duty shifts, guiding the team to maintain a clean and well-stocked store that surpasses customer expectationsBeing present for customers, actively listening and ensuring they find what they needIdentifying opportunities to enhance service quality, including mentoring your colleagues and providing constructive feedbackSupporting and guiding your team in-store, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customersMaintaining a comprehensive understanding of store performance and assisting management in implementing improvementsLeading by example and setting a high standard for your colleagues in all aspects of your work-
