Job Description: Blue Arrow is currently seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at our contract catering site in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and managing a team of staff. Your primary focus will be on preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take charge of menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities: Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Leading the kitchen team and taking overall responsibility for kitchen operations.
  • Developing and implementing menu plans and specials.
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.
  • Scheduling staff and coordinating workload.


Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.


Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including generous holiday allowance and pension scheme.
