We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational individual to join our team as a Progress Coach. As a key member of our Further Education College, you will play a vital role in supporting our 16-19-year-old students on their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral support to students in all aspects of their learning journey, including attendance, personal goal setting, and development.
  • Deliver tutorial content to students and contribute to the development of the tutorial programme.
  • Liaise with Curriculum and Support staff to advocate for students and ensure they receive the right support at the right time.
  • Work collaboratively with students, curriculum and business support teams, parents/carers, and other stakeholders to ensure students achieve and progress to their next steps.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening.
  • A basic level of digital literacy to access and use our college systems.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with others.
  • A motivator of others and a role model who can demonstrate professionalism.
