Lead Our Strategic Corporate Partnership Team

TCV is seeking an exceptional individual to lead our newly created strategic corporate partnership team. As a key member of our income generation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new ways of working with our corporate partners to drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for corporate partnerships, aligned with TCV's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team to secure an annual income in excess of £1.5m from corporate partnerships.
  • Identify and create a pipeline of corporate partners to meet our annual income target.
  • Communicate our case for support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proposals are compelling and deliver value and impact for both corporate partners and TCV.
  • Collaborate with the wider income generation team to achieve our strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing a corporate partnership team in the charity sector.
  • Ability to lead a team to secure significant income from corporate partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with corporate partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • A full, clean or near clean UK driving licence is required for this post, which has been held for a minimum of one year.
