About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Land and Partnerships leader to join our team at Keepmoat as a Group Long Term Partnership Land Director. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to develop the Long-Term Partnership Land function and secure sufficient, aligned strategic land to sustain our growth plans over the long term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting the direction and strategy for strategic land acquisition
  • Working with regional land teams to ensure they buy into opportunities and contribute to their appraisal
  • Maintaining a corporate framework for consistent sourcing and securing of strategic land
  • Delivering strategic land opportunities in line with budget by identifying opportunities through established networks
  • Securing land under required option terms and promoting them for planning consent
Requirements
  • Established senior Land and Partnerships leader with a creative and resilient approach
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of land, development, and planning processes
  • Collaborative and skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in developing strategies and influencing senior decision makers
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Financial and commercially astute with a thorough understanding of strategic land in England/Scotland
