Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Planning Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Group Land Function and play a key role in driving our business forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting our regional Land and Partnership and Technical teams to deliver high-quality planning consents that meet our business needs.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing and defining a corporate framework to support the regions in managing the planning process, upskilling and training regions on group processes, and dealing with contentious or challenging planning issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning law and the planning process, as well as experience in a similar role within the housebuilding industry.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Planner qualification
  • Property-related or relevant degree
  • Experience in a similar role within the housebuilding industry
  • Strong understanding of planning law and the planning process
