Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Sbarro store in Doncaster. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the EG Group team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a store management or supervisory role in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a consistently brilliant customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
