Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager role in a similar style of restaurant. They will be responsible for running the floor during service and assisting with the ancillary aspects of managing a busy restaurant operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and managing the team.
- Assist in the management of the business, including ordering, controlling costs, and completing necessary financial records.
- Train and develop staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Drive food and drink sales alongside delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer
- A 5-day working week with a guaranteed 2.5 days off per week.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager role in a similar style of restaurant.
- Ability to work effectively as an Assistant Manager to our General Manager.

- Passion for driving food and drink sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
