CRM and Marketing Specialist

About the Role
The Marketing and CRM Executive will support the CRM team in growing UKTV's CRM capabilities, recruiting and retaining audiences through effective CRM strategies and plans. This role will harness UKTV's data to drive measurable viewing and shape UKTV's communications throughout the audience lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of CRM strategies and plans.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement.
- Provide analysis and reporting to shape and improve future work.
- Constantly adapt and improve UKTV's approach to CRM based on feedback and audience response.
- Deliver CRM campaigns that deliver tangible viewing to UKTV.
- Utilise audience data and insights to personalise communications.
- Support across the full planning, execution, and optimisation of email and push notification marketing to drive viewing.
- Use available data sources to monitor ongoing campaigns and optimise them.
- Use UKTV's first-party data in a responsible and GDPR-compliant manner.
