Commercial Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Partnership Manager to join our logistics service provider in Glasgow and support the growth of our business across the UK. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the challenges faced by manufacturers, retailers, and food-service providers.

About the Role:
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key clients to drive new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and onboard new leads.
  • Improve the sales process by identifying areas for change and implementing solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow professionally.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in contract management or key account environments with FMCG organisations.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and/or retail sectors.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and presentation skills at senior level.
  • Confident communicator who can establish strong relationships.
