Prax seeks a dedicated and organized Academic Administration Assistant to contribute to our team's success. As a key member, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing fuel card accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Managing fuel card accounts, including ordering, cancelling, and reconciling transactions to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to review new account applications, facilitating seamless onboarding processes.

We require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving business objectives.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days of annual leave.
