The Harvest Energy Fuel Card allows our customers to save money by purchasing fuel at wholesale prices. It is accepted at over 2000 sites nationwide, including major motorways, highways, and access routes.
About the Role
This position is part of our high-performing sales team. As a Customer Service Executive (Fuel Cards), you will work closely with the Head of Fuel Cards and Sales Team to manage the process of the Fuel Cards, build business relationships with existing customers, handle customer services queries, reconcile data, and contribute to general administration.
Key Responsibilities

- Main point of contact for Customer Service and lead for the back-office Fuel Cards processing function, such as ordering/cancelling of cards as necessary.
- Deal with fuel card queries from customers, escalating issues to the network, Credit Control or Sales Team for assistance or further investigation.
- Check new account applications from the Sales Team and progress to Credit Control for processing.
- Maintain the Card Services & Fuel Cards Sales Email Inboxes.
- Ensure data input into CRM, FuelSoft, and online platforms is maintained and accurate.
- Liaise with customers via email and telephone.
- Provide ad hoc support with financial reporting production.
- Able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office programmes including Excel and Word.
Salary and Benefits
Our estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. As an employee of the Prax Group, you can expect a permanent position, office-based in Weybridge, with commission potential on top of your salary.
