Home Entertainment Business Development Lead

- Develop and implement effective customer contact strategies to maintain strong relationships with major UK retailers.
- Formulate and agree product and promotional business plans for all customers aligned to internal targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Monitor customer performance through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary control, and general cost management.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be expected to develop good working relationships with all LG internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance. You will also be required to fully understand all relevant LGEUK and LG Corporate business and product strategies, ensuring a high level of product knowledge in terms of features and benefits.
