Senior Nuclear Operations Manager

Westinghouse Electric Company, a global leader in nuclear energy solutions, seeks a highly experienced Senior Nuclear Operations Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will provide on-site leadership to ensure safe and high-quality operations at Westinghouse sites. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing company standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support;
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet customer needs and grow business opportunities;
- Leading project teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget;
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- 10 years of experience in nuclear operations, with a proven track record of success;
- Strong technical knowledge of plant operations and application of field service engineering techniques;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
