About the Job

This role requires a strong engineering background, with experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate investment projects aimed at improving key areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage projects, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost considerations are always at the forefront.
  • Lead regular project reviews, delegate tasks as needed, and escalate any unresolved issues to management.
  • Generate and manage PARs (project justifications) while complying with system requirements.

Requirements
Essential Skills
  • Proven track record of managing small, medium, and large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing lead times, and enhancing project outcomes.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required.

Our estimated salary for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
