Business Development Representative

**Job Title:** Business Development Representative
**Location:** Milton Keynes, UK
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Quality Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the targeted industrial sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:
- To identify new business opportunities in targeted market sectors
- To produce commercial and technical proposals
- To build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales background dealing with similar industries
- Knowledge and understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) would be beneficial
**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
**Benefits:
- Possibility of hybrid working – work from home 2 or 3 days per week
- 23 days holiday
- Annual bonus up to 10% of annual salary
- Pension Scheme
