HC-One is looking to build a brilliant team for The Applewood care home, a state of the art, luxury care home located in *insert location*, due to open later this year and we’re hiring a Resident Liaison and Admissions Manager.

A HC-One Resident Liaison and Admissions Manager is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales planning and execution for a Care Home.

The Resident Liaison and Admissions Manager role at The Applewood includes developing a Quarterly Sales Plan, managing the lead database, and advancing leads through the sales process with the objective of reaching & maintaining budgeted occupancy, revenue goals & KPI’s.

As a Resident Liaison and Admissions Manager, you will be delegated significant and discretionary powers to market your assigned home and you will be expected to exercise discretion and independent judgement customarily and regularly in administering the business affairs of your assigned home that relate to marketing and sales.

We’re looking for an organised individual who can work independently with marketing and sales experience, ideally from within private pay care or a similar industry.

You must enjoy working towards targets and be able to handle multiple priorities in a variety of settings.  You will enjoy interacting with others, planning, and negotiating and your customer service skills will be exemplary, ideally with consultative sales experience, (including generating leads, uncovering needs & closing).  Being computer literate is essential and you must possess effective written and verbal communication skills and can facilitate small group presentations.

Duties are varied but will include,

Managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) lead tracking database and keeping all contact records current.

Generating leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources.

Building customer focused relationships by advancing the lead through the sales process and gaining customer commitment.

Reviewing daily budget/occupancy and implementing plans of action around deficiencies.

Creating, updating, and implementing a dynamic Quarterly Sales Plans

Educating Colleagues about sales responsibilities; everyone has a part to play

You will assist in the presentation and value of HC-One products and services for Residents, Relatives and Colleagues and targeted referral sources.

You will understand the competitive opportunities & threats and present strategic alternatives to combat these to the Home Manager & Commercial Business Partner

Facilitate and Coordinate Resident Assessments with the Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Registered Nurse

You will regularly review shows rooms against guidelines and room ready checklists.

You will oversee and manage the move in process with Residents and their Relatives and review move-in documents on a regular basis ensuring the files are fully prepared according to HC-One specific regulatory requirements.
