Assistant Nursing Home Manager Position

Join our team in a luxury nursing home in Great Yarmouth as an Assistant Nursing Home Manager, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.

As a key member of the management team, you will assist in managing daily operations to achieve exceptional patient care while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for supervising care staff, providing training and guidance, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services. Your duties will also include conducting pre-admission assessments, maintaining accurate resident records, and fostering effective communication with residents' families and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion within the care team.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
  3. Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff by mitigating risks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager or similar role.
  • The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
