Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our team in Cambridge. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers, staff, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Supervise the ordering, receiving, and inventory management processes to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, profits, and other key metrics to senior management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a proven track record of achieving sales growth and driving team performance. You should also have a basic understanding of finance and accounting principles and be familiar with the use of software applications such as Sage and Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should have a valid Food Safety Certification and be willing to undertake further training if required.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits package, bonus structure, and opportunities for career advancement within the company. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, be results-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
