Site Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our German Doner Kebab team in Cambridge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and minimize waste.
- Monitor and manage costs, including labor, stock, and utilities, to maintain profitability.
- Promote and publicize the German Doner Kebab brand, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, profits, and operational performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in the quick-service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy, with knowledge of restaurant management software.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
