Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Back of House Team Member to join our Cambridge restaurant team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Achieves the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products in a timely manner.
  • Works to brand standards for food and operations with a focus on guest experience.
  • Helps and supports the development of other team members through training and coaching.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our salaries are competitive and reflect the value we place on our team members.
