Fostering Supervising Social Worker Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fostering Supervising Social Worker to join our team at FCA. As a Fostering Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting foster parents across Worcestershire, South Birmingham, and Coventry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide regular supervision and support to foster parents to ensure the well-being and safety of children in their care
* Conduct home visits and assessments to monitor the quality of care provided by foster parents
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for children in foster care
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, therapists, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families
* Provide training and guidance to foster parents on best practices and policies related to foster care
