We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fostering Supervising Social Worker to join our team at FCA. As a key member of our foster care team, you will play a vital role in supporting foster parents across Worcestershire, South Birmingham, and Coventry.

**Job Summary**

* Provide expert guidance and support to foster parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with foster families, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
* Conduct regular home visits and assessments to monitor the well-being of children and provide feedback to foster parents.
* Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for children in care.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research, policies, and best practices in foster care to ensure the highest standards of care.

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary: £28,938 - £31,278 per annum, dependent on experience.
* Company car or £2,000 car allowance.
* 30 days' annual leave rising to 35 per annum + bank holidays with length of service.
