Job Title: Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for engineers.
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow.
