The successful candidate will have experience working in clinical wards and will be able to provide pharmaceutical care to patients. They will also be available to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months.

The role involves working a shift pattern of Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with flexibility for other suitable work patterns.

Job Summary:
