Job Description

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our medical team. As a Surgical Team Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients across various surgical and medical ward areas.

You will work closely with the Clinical Site Team, Modern Matrons, AHPs, and Nursing teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective communication. Your duties will include reviewing daily patient documentation, escalating concerns when necessary, and supporting discharge planning.

To succeed in this role, you must have full GMC registration, an MBBS or equivalent qualification, and experience working as a core trainee or Specialist Registrar. You should also possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and knowledge of clinical governance, duty of candour, and good clinical practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to consultants and be responsible for patient care on allocated wards.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely communication with colleagues and compliance with information governance.
  • Attend morning safety huddles and evening handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records, including manual and computerized reports.
