Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Queensbridge Group Practice in Hackney. As a high-performing and patient-oriented practice, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our diverse patient community.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Nursing team to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care for individuals in the practice population. Key responsibilities include wound management, immunisation, spirometry, cervical cytology, and venepuncture.

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the challenging nature of this role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional development, a supportive working environment, and excellent administrative support.
