About the Role

As a key member of the Encore team, you will play a pivotal part in the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of these projects, from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Overseeing the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment for events and presentations.
  • Ensuring seamless project execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
