Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Care Provision
  • Cooking, cleaning, toileting, bathing for clients on a daily basis
  • Participating in recreational activities with clients, such as dining out, bowling, movies, sports events, and vacations
  • Maintaining a family-like environment and fostering strong relationships with clients
  • Transporting clients to appointments and ensuring their overall well-being
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintaining a household budget and completing shopping tasks to ensure efficient management
  • Creating weekly menus and supervising staff members to ensure seamless household operations
  • Managing schedules, timesheets, and communication with healthcare professionals to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
