We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to serve as a Community Living Manager in our residential program. This is a unique opportunity to earn a Master's degree in Human Services & Management while working with adults with disabilities.

This role requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and eligibility for enrollment in the master's program at McDaniel College in Human Services Management. As a Community Living Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure seamless implementation of programs.

The compensation package includes a $94,500 salary, 100% tuition scholarship, and free utilities. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and Sick & Safe Leave.
