Job Summary:

We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to join our team in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can develop and deliver community engagement and service improvement projects, changing resident behaviours to reduce waste and increase recycling.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Value Officer to provide ECO support for initiatives across local employment, internships and work experience support, and our funding programme for local communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering behaviour change projects
  • Engaging with residents, businesses and frontline teams
  • Working with the regional external engagement team to showcase expertise in behaviour change and social value delivery across digital channels and press
  • Driving the performance of the ECO officers, coaching and mentoring them to improve their project planning, community engagement approach, and support them in achieving their personal goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Project development and management skills
  • Experience delivering behaviour change and/or community engagement techniques and analysing results
  • Strong stakeholder relationships building skills
