Job Title: Care Companion for Adults

We are seeking a dedicated Care Companion for Adults to join our team in Westminster, London. As a Care Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing companionship, personal care, and support.

Your role will involve visiting clients in their own homes, building trusting relationships, and assisting with daily tasks such as shopping, housework, and social activities. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills through our comprehensive training program.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 (double rate for bank holidays), Company Pension, Holiday pay, and the chance to work in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as shopping and housework
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team
