Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage complex cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues
  • Comply with relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Post-qualifying experience of working within a mental health team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
